Strength and Conditioning works on developing muscle tone as well as elevating your heart rate

We have developed a Strength & Conditioning circuit for small groups

Each session is 45 minutes followed by a stretch session

Sessions are for both men and women of all ages and abilities

We run several circuit classes throughout the week and on weekends at various times
