Strength and Conditioning works on developing muscle tone as well as elevating your heart rate
We have developed a 6 station circuit with exercise variations at each station
Each session is 45 minutes followed by a stretch session
Sessions are for both men and women of all ages and abilities
Tuesday Mornings and Thursday Evenings
Spaces limited to 5 per session.
