Combined use of cold water and Saunas
The cold water stimulates and activates serotonin (the feel-good factor) which plays a key role in such body functions as Mood, Sleep, Digestion, Blood Clotting, Bone Health and Sex Drive
The sauna helps to open the blood vessels and relax the muscles thus boosting oxygen and nutrients to those tired muscles which eases muscle soreness.
Combining the two together is very beneficial for the body and has a combined effect of all of the above.
