Description
Circuit training classes are available for all age groups.
We focus on strength and conditioning with a series of exercises involving multi-gym, Squat Racks, Bench. Dumbbells, punch bag plus a range of plyometric exercises including hurdles, box jumps.
Consideration is given to the age profile of clients.
We focus on small groups up to 7 people where a higher level of attention to detail can be provided.
Classes vary week on week, to ensure there is not too much familiarity and to keep motivation high.
All classes end with core stability exercises such as planks and leg raises plus stretching.
Bookings include 6-week sessions via our on-line booking session.
