- Arrive Friday early evening where we kick off with a Nordic Walking Session on the beach to loosen up those limbs and take in that sea air
- Saturday, we kick off with our 1st Sauna & Dip session, followed by a picturesque cycle tour on the electric bikes around the Norman way
- On Sunday we will start with our final Sauna & dip session followed by a stint in the personal training studio before we wind up the weekend
- Plenty of time to explore the Strand and sample the vibrant cafes and restaurants
