One to one personal training, where we specialise (but not limited to) working with the over 50s, 60s and 70s.
I have been involved in Personal Training for many years and enjoy working with clients to meet a range of personal goals, from weight loss to body toning, strength and conditioning and general health and fitness.
I am qualified to work with people with heart conditions, asthma, osteoporosis and pregnancy and can help with rehabilitation.
We have a range of equipment that includes a multi-gym, squat rack, cable machine, bench, free weights, punch bag plus plyometric exercises such as steps, hurdles, box jumps.
